Shipping Policy

All SUNDAZE. orders are made and shipped from Fiji.

Processing & Dispatch

• Ready-made items: 2–5 business days processing time before dispatch.
• Custom items: 3–7 business days production time before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched once weekly on Fridays.

• Orders placed Saturday – Thursday → Ship Friday
• Orders placed Friday → Ship the following Friday

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (tracking included where applicable).

Shipping Options (Within Fiji)

We offer the following delivery options:

• Pacific Transport – Same Day Delivery ($7)
• EMS Freight Forward (Tracked) – $12.35
• Standard Parcel Post (Tracked) – $0.80

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Rural and outer island addresses may take longer.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the selected shipping provider, SUNDAZE. is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by the courier service.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days at contact@sundazeofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist where possible.
