Orders

How long does my order take?

  • Ready-made items → ship in 1–2 business days.
  • Custom orders → take 3–7 business days to make + ship.

Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If we haven’t started printing, yes. Must be requested via email within 12 hours of order. After that, it may already be in production.

Can I add a gift note?

  • Yes! Add your message at checkout → we’ll handwrite it for free.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

  • We currently ship all across Fiji. International shipping is something we’re working on for the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • M-PAISA
  • Bank Deposit
  • (Card payments → coming soon.)


Custom Orders

Do you make custom mugs, totes, or tumblers?

  • Yes we do! You can add names, quotes, dates, photos or even your own logo. Start by heading to our Custom Orders page [link here].

How does the custom process work?

  • You share your idea with us, we create a quick mockup for you to approve, and once you’re happy, we print it. Custom items usually take 3–7 business days to complete.

Can I send you my logo or design?

  • Yes, we accept files like PNG, SVG, or PDF. For best results, send us a file with a clear or transparent background. If the image isn’t high quality, we’ll let you know before printing.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email contact@sundazeofficial.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.


Bulk & Wholesale

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

  • Yes, we love bulk orders for events, gifts, or businesses. Just email us with how many items you need, the date you need them by, and any design details, and we’ll send you a quote.
